Top 10 Sustainable Recipes of 2020

This year I posted a lot of tasty and sustainable recipes on the blog and I loved seeing you make them all year long. These are my top 10 most-loved and most-viewed recipes of the year!

One of my first recipes of 2020, my Fresh-Squeezed Blood Orange and Ginger Juice is sweet and tart with a hint of spice. Lucky for you, blood oranges are in season right now, so you can blend some up today!

I just released this Kombucha Pancake recipe a few weeks ago and you already love it! It's an easy, (pretty) healthy and quick breakfast treat. My first YouTube video also features this recipe, so be sure to check it out!

This Espresso Swirl Loaf Cake recipe was one of my favorites of the year and I'm glad that you all agree. It's a coffee-flavored coffee cake that is super easy to make and majorly delivers on texture and flavor!

Another juice made the top 10 list this year: my tart and refreshing Rhubarb Juice. Of all my recipes, this is the one I made most this year. I can't wait for my rhubarb to bloom again in the spring!

This recipe is the only chocolate chip cookie recipe on the blog, and it deserves it. These Crunchy Spelt and Buckwheat Chocolate Chip Cookies are crunchy (duh), flavorful and so easy to bake. Better yet, you can store the dough balls in the freezer for months and bake them up whenever you need a sweet snack!

So many of you baked this Braided Apple Bread and even sent me pictures of your loaves! This braided apple bread is delicious and fun to make, so if you haven't given it a try yet, I highly recommend it.

Technically, I posted my Cinnamon Sugar Tea Rings recipe in 2019. But I'll let it slide into this list because I love it so much! It's fun to bake, tastes fantastic and is a perfect holiday gift!

The name says it all - this is The Best Corn Chowder I've ever had. It's healthy, hearty and makes the most of summer produce!

Another amazing rhubarb recipe made the top ten! These Honey Rhubarb Muffins are lightly sweet, super moist and a little tart. They're the perfect spring treat!

This Cinnamon-Sugar Delicata Squash recipe is one of the easiest I posted this year β€” and one of the most delicious. You just slice up the squash, bake it and coat it in cinnamon sugar! Delicatas are still in season for a few weeks, so bake these before it’s too late!

What was your favorite recipe of the year? Let me know in the comments!
